1. a. To cancel your subscription for this product, please do so before your membership benefits expire. Once canceled, no further renewal charges will be initiated.)
2. b. After subscribing to the auto-renewal service, your subscription will automatically renew 14 days before expiration, extending your Kidream.ai Premium membership benefits, cash gift card privileges,

8. Refund Policy: Kidream.ai Premium service includes membership benefits and cash gift cards. It is a membership product, not a prepaid card, and is therefore not subject to unconditional returns. Once activated, refunds and transfers are not supported, and Kidream.ai Premium benefits are non-transferable.

9. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce or reprint in any form, or disseminate on third-party platforms without permission. Violators will be held legally liable.

If you violate any of these Platform Rules, Kidream.ai reserves the right to take action independently in accordance with the provisions of its Platform Rules, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the provision of services on its platform and demanding compensation for infringement. 2. b. User Information Protection: Kidream.ai collects and uses your relevant information for the purpose of you claiming your benefits. When you purchase Kidream.ai Premium and manually check the relevant service agreement, it indicates that you accept and agree to the collection and use of your personal information. The event organizer uses personal information solely for the purpose of purchasing, claiming, and using Kidream.ai Premium, and will protect it within a reasonable scope. Given the inherent uncertainties of the internet, you understand and agree that if this activity experiences abnormal circumstances or becomes difficult to continue due to reasons beyond Kidream.ai's control, such as force majeure, network or communication line failures, large-scale computer crashes, or widespread cheating during the activity, the event organizer has the right to take measures including but not limited to eliminating the abnormal circumstances through various means, or adjusting, suspending, or canceling this activity. Kidream.ai shall not be liable for any losses incurred by users as a result.

In the event of force majeure or changes in circumstances (including but not limited to major disaster events, the activity being required to be stopped or adjusted by government authorities' directives, the activity suffering severe cyberattacks, or system failures causing issues including but not limited to activity interruption, cancellation, or problems with benefit claiming and usage), the event organizer may claim exemption from liability in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. The organizer reserves the right to cancel this activity.
5. e. Within the scope permitted by law, Kidream.ai reserves the right to interpret these activity rules and to modify or adjust them based on the actual circumstances of the activity. Such modifications or adjustments will be announced on this activity rules page and will take effect in accordance with the law upon announcement.
6. f. If a user engages in any prohibited behavior (such as fraudulently claiming benefits, malicious cash-out, manipulating reputation, engaging in fictitious transactions, profiting from obtained benefits, improper use, reselling, or other actions that violate the principle of good faith), the event organizer reserves the right to cancel and reclaim all benefits (including those already used and unused), and may take legal action when necessary.
